Your mission

As ANAVIA continues its rapid growth, we are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician who is eager to contribute to the future of unmanned aviation. 
In this role, you will take ownership of the following responsibilities:

Key Tasks
  • Perform sub-assembly and final-assembly tasks.
  • Fit and install electrical systems as well as avionics systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers, and other technicians to resolve assembly problems and improve processes.
  • Perform system tests to ensure proper function and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain and follow health, safety and quality standards during the assembly process.
 
Competencies & Duties
  • Working independently and responsibly. Perform tasks as described above. Proactive communication when issues arise, or help is needed.
  • Compliance according to ANAVIA’ employment contract, compliance with company’ safety instructions and employee’ safety requirements, compliance with employers’ quality manual, work instructions and corresponding process specifications and instructions.
  • Assure 5s behavior to drive clean, safe and efficient work processes.

Your profile

  • Completed technical education.
  • At a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar technical function.
  • Solid technical and practical understanding of mechanical, mechatronic and electrical systems.
  • Process-oriented and structured work methods.
  • Responsible. Good technical understanding. Good communication skills.
  • Good language skills in English (oral and written). German desirable.
  • Location: On-site in Näfels | Bilten, Switzerland.
  • Eligibility: Swiss or EU citizens.
