Avionics Technician

Your mission

As ANAVIA continues its rapid growth, we are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician who is eager to contribute to the future of unmanned aviation. 

Key Tasks:
  • Perform sub-assembly and final assembly of avionics and electrical systems for unmanned helicopter platforms.
  • Install, integrate, and inspect electrical wiring, harnesses, and avionics equipment in accordance with engineering drawings and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and fellow technicians to troubleshoot assembly issues and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
  • Perform functional testing, system integration, and inspections to verify proper operation and compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all assembly activities are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate assembly records and report any non-conformities or technical issues.

Your profile

  • Education: Completed technical education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Avionics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar technical role, preferably in the aerospace, aviation, or a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Solid technical and practical understanding of electrical, electronic, and mechatronic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a structured and quality-focused approach to work. High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English. German desirable.

  • Communicate proactively by raising issues, reporting risks, and seeking support when needed to ensure efficient problem resolution.
  • Comply with ANAVIA's employment policies, health and safety regulations, quality standards, work instructions, and all applicable processes and procedures.
  • Promote and maintain 5S principles to ensure a clean, safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
