Engine & Powerplant Maintenance
- Remove, install, and replace engine components and assemblies following approved procedures.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair engine ancillary equipment including fuel systems, ignition systems, oil systems, and cooling systems.
- Conduct engine ground runs and operational tests to verify proper function. Maintain and repair engine mounts, cowlings, exhaust systems, and air induction systems.
- Monitor engine parameters and diagnose mechanical and performance issues. Handle fuel system maintenance includes pumps, filters, lines, and tanks.
Electrical Systems
- Install, inspect, test, adjust, and repair aircraft electrical systems including power generation, distribution, batteries, and wiring.
- Test electrical components and assemblies using circuit testers, oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and multimeters.
- Assemble and install electrical components using hand tools and soldering equipment.
- Perform system functional tests. Repair or replace defective electrical wiring, connectors, and electronic components.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and aircraft records in compliance with aviation regulations.
- Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA airworthiness directives and service bulletins.
Safety & Quality Assurance
- Follow all aviation safety procedures, regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-maintenance inspections.
- Identify and report safety hazards or airworthiness discrepancies.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Competencies & Duties
- Working independently and responsibly. Perform tasks as described above.
- Compliance according to ANAVIA’ employment contract, compliance with company’ safety instructions and employee’ safety requirements, compliance with employers’ quality manual, work instructions and corresponding process specifications and instructions.
