Your mission
Key Tasks
- PCB Design & Development
- Design and develop printed circuit boards for avionics, power distribution, sensor interfaces, and control systems.
- Create schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCAD).
- Perform component selection, bill of materials (BOM) generation
- Ensure designs meet aerospace environmental requirements including temperature, vibration, shock, and moisture specifications.
- Develop multilayer PCB designs with controlled impedance, high-speed signal routing, and power integrity considerations.
- Electronics System Design
- Design analog and digital circuits including power supplies, signal conditioning, sensor interfaces, and communication circuits.
- Develop power management systems including voltage regulation and power distribution networks.
- Implement EMI/EMC mitigation techniques in circuit and PCB design.
- Testing & Validation
- Develop test plans and procedures for PCB and electronics validation
- Conduct bring-up, debugging, and characterization of new PCB designs.
- Use test equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and environmental chambers.
- Support environmental testing including temperature cycling, vibration, humidity, and altitude testing.
- Support flight test activities and analyze in-flight performance data.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Create detailed technical documentation including design specifications, test reports, and assembly drawings.
- Maintain configuration management and version control of designs
- Support certification activities and compliance with aerospace standards (DO-160, MIL-STD-810, IEC 60068).
- Develop manufacturing documentation including assembly instructions, test procedures, and quality inspection criteria.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers for component procurement and PCB fabrication.
- Working independently and responsibly. Perform tasks as described above.
- Compliance according to ANAVIA’ employment contract, compliance with company’ safety instructions and employee’ safety requirements, compliance with employers’ quality manual, work instructions and corresponding process specifications and instructions.
- International travel required up to 25% of employee’ working hours.
