Your mission

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on HR professional to join our growing team at ANAVIA and contribute to the future of unmanned aviation.

Key Tasks
  • Independently manage day-to-day HR administration, including employee records and personnel files, time and expense management, withholding tax, insurance and pension matters, family and child benefits, and HR documentation.
  • Manage and coordinate the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and administration of payroll in close coordination with the Finance Department.
  • Manage full employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and managers. 
  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, including visa and work permit procedures, relocation-related administration, and other onboarding formalities.
  • Prepare and manage HR documents, including employment contracts, amendments, certificates, confirmations, and letters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems and internal databases.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, administrative questions, and internal processes.
  • Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance of employee data and HR documentation.

Your profile

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR administration or in any similar role.
  • Solid understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as the company grows.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
